The popular inventory management auto battler game Backpack Battles is still not available on iOS devices, according to the game’s developer PlayWithFurcifer.
Backpack Battles has seen tremendous success on Windows, HTML5, and Steam since its launch last year. Gamers have praised the title for its innovative mix of inventory organization mechanics and automatic battling features.
However, iOS users are still unable to join in on the fun. The game has yet to be launched on either the App Store or as a mobile web app.
In a recent post on the game’s official Discord channel, the development team confirmed iOS support is not yet offered. They did not provide a timeframe for when an iOS version might be expected.
For now, Backpack Battles remains confined to desktop and laptop platforms. iOS auto battler fans still have some alternatives to consider, including popular titles like Super Auto Pets and Backpack Hero.
But backpack organizing aficionados will have to continue waiting patiently for the day Backpack Battles makes its way over to iPhones and iPads. The developer has not indicated if an Android version is planned either.
