1. Open Settings app.
2. Next, tap on Accessibility. 
3. Up next, tap on Touch.
4. Then, tap on AssistiveTouch and turn the toggle ON.
5. After that, you will see the new hovering icon on the screen. Swipe to go back to the Home screen.
6. Go to the Power Off menu by restarting your iPhone 13. But don’t turn the slider. 
7. Once you are on the Power Off menu, you will see the AssistiveToch button; tap on it.
8. Now touch and hold the Home button in AssistiveTouch. Unhold your finder from the Home button once the device’s screen flashed and returns to the home screen.
9. Enter the Passcode if prompted.
