But when are we going to get iPhone 15? That’s the big question, isn’t it? There are many internet sources giving out release dates of iPhone 15 iPhone model, but let me clear it out for you. All the dates are just rumors and not the confirmed date. Why you may ask. Well, Apple has not yet given any official statement about the iPhone 15 release date, but we can surely predict it. Let get along and see when is the iPhone 15 release date. Let’s get started!

iPhone 15 Release date (Rumoured)

Before we try and guess the release date of iPhone 15, we need to get to the basics. Apple typically releases its new iPhone models in September each year, and leaks and rumors are already starting to emerge about what we might see from the 2023 iPhone lineup, likely to be called the iPhone 15 series.

Based on Apple’s history, the iPhone 15 lineup will likely be unveiled in September 2023. Apple has held its iPhone event in September almost every year since 2012. Apple has consistently released new iPhone models in September or October over the past 5-6 years. The specific release date has generally fallen somewhere between the 3rd week of September and late October.

The iPhone 14 series was announced on September 7, 2022, and became available on September 16. Going down the road let’s see, iPhone 13 was released on 24th September 2021, iPhone 12 was released on October 23rd 2020 making it an exception, iPhone 11 was released on 20th September 2019, and so on. So, keeping these dates in mind we can expect a similar timeframe for the iPhone 15 in 2023.

The phones will likely go up for pre-order in the first or second week of September 2023, with an official release date by the third week. Based on this history, my best estimate is that the iPhone 15 will be released sometime between September 15-30, 2023.

IPhone 15 Features

Rumors suggest the iPhone 15 lineup could feature a new titanium frame design, which would make the phones more durable. The Pro models may also eliminate the camera bump on the rear for a flush camera. The iPhone 15 is expected to come in four models again, with two standard options and two Pro models. The Pro versions will likely continue to have a 6.1-inch screen and a 6.7-inch Max model.

Early reports indicate the iPhone 15 Pro models are likely to feature a new A17 Bionic processor, which will be faster and more powerful than the A16 in the iPhone 14 Pro. Apple may finally drop the Lightning port in favor of USB-C on the iPhone 15, now that USB-C is required on devices sold in the EU. This would enable faster charging and data transfer. The iPhone 15 Pro is also rumored to feature 8GB of RAM, up from 6GB in the iPhone 14 Pro. This spec bump would allow for better multitasking and keep the phones performing smoothly for years.

That’s all folks! I hope you found what you were looking for. Note that the above dates are just rumored. Apple has not given any official statement about its release. We will keep you updated on the release dates once they are confirmed.s

Until next time, with another topic. Till then, Toodles.
