Can I Download v2ray on iOS?
As per the source, the v2ray iOS version of the app is only available in US App Store. Also, US users should have a US-based credit card and legal address to get v2ray on iOS. So when you search v2ray on the App Store outside the US, you won’t be able to find the v2ray on the App Store on iPhone.
