There is no doubt that Amazon is the world’s best shopping center. Yes, it is the best place to buy any product online. But from the last two days, iPhone users are not lucky to order anything because of “Amazon CS11 Error iOS” for many users worldwide.
Earlier, Amazon went down with the “error 503 service unavailable” issue, which cost the company around $34 million in sales in an hour. Even Jeff Bezos spoke about the issue on social media. But later, they fixed the issue. Similarly, the Amazon iOS app not working for the last two days because of Amazon CS11 error on iOS 15 and older versions. Many users on Twitter and Reddit claim that the problem is only occurring on the devices that are running iOS 15 beta versions.
Can I Fix Amazon CS11 Error iOS?
When we checked the response on this issue, we saw that Amazon is asking users to update the app to the latest version from the app store. Also, they suggested users clear caches to fix the CS 11 Amazon error iOS.
The worst thing is that users are being to track the My Orders section in the app. Amazon app is showing ‘Sorry, something went wrong. We are working on fixing it. (CS11).’
Mostly this issue has been going on from many users from India and Germany. Most of the users tagged the Amazon Help page on Twitter to inform the company about the issue.

It has been more than 24 hours since the error came to light. But still, we have not heard any word from the Amazon side about the perfect solution. But they wrote on social media that “We’re sorry that some customers may be experiencing issues while shopping. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue,” the giant e-commerce acknowledged.”
It seems like the company is still working on getting the perfect solution. But this time, they took a long time. Maybe they will lose more money than last time.
