iPhone 13 Tricks to Get the Most Out of it

iPhone 13 is one of the most advanced smartphones today, and the Pro line is certainly one of the best options on the market right now, despite the hefty price tag. But, to get the most of your iPhone 13, you may need to check some advice.

In this article, we will provide you with iPhone 13 tips and tricks that will help you utilize your iPhone 13 features the most! Let’s start.

Utilize Siri

This is one of the first iPhone tips I tell fellow Apple buyers. It took me some time to realize it but this voice assistant can save you lots of digging, and a lot of manual work. Here are some of the things you can do with Siri:

  • Call people in 2 seconds
  • Check the weather forecast
  • Open apps like Google Maps when driving
  • Start playing music on your iPhone 13
  • Navigate your home, etc.

Apple’s voice assistant is one of the most powerful ones on the market, and if you have an iPhone 13, you should start utilizing it as soon as possible. SIRI-ously.

Use smart data to control battery life

Apple has built a simple feature into the iPhone 13 to maximize battery life. The Smart Data Mode was designed to switch seamlessly between 4G and 5G, depending on how you are using your phone. For example, if you are watching content through Apple TV or Netflix, 5G will probably work better. But, if you’re just scrolling through social media apps on your iPhone 13, switching back to 4G can save battery life significantly!

Turn your iPhone 13 into an investment platform

You can monitor the cryptocurrency market and even buy Litecoin, Bitcoin, and other crypto tokens, meaning you can turn your iPhone 13 into an investment platform where you can generate good amounts of money. Of course, you can trade stocks, bonds, RTFEs, and even buy-to-let apartments, and even sell vehicles.

Start using Night Mode on Cameras

With the last Night Mode feature, the iPhone 13’s cameras capture gorgeous images that rival even the best of photographers’ work. The Night Mode feature not only does well in capturing nighttime shots and celestial sights but also works for any low-light situation, like indoor shooting.

With its most advanced Night Mode feature to date, the iPhone 13 is sure to take your night photography and star gazing to new levels that were previously unattainable with older models.

Important for Pro and Pro Max users: Night Mode is available for telephoto and ultra-wide images (the 3rd camera).

Shoot with Cinematic Mode (Pro Users only)

The new iPhone 13 comes with a Cinematic Mode where you can edit like a professional using ProRes. This mode gives you the ability to create beautiful, well-edited videos that will look amazing on your phone but not only that. You will actually be capable of creating professional artwork with the advanced HDR modes. Bear in mind that the 128GB versions receive only the Full HD at 30fps, while 256GB and more allow you to get 4K capabilities and really step up your game in video editing!

Pro tip: If you think ProRes is crucial for you and rate it highly, get 256GB.

Scan text with your camera

The iPhone 13’s powerful new camera technology truly allows users to take their photography to the next level. The Live Text feature in the iOS 15 environment will revolutionize how people share information — connecting friends and families with quick, easy pictures that are sharper than ever before. But what really impressed me when I purchased my own 13 Pro Max, is how seamless Live Text is. All you need to do is scan the text with your camera and then share it with friends, family, or whoever needs it. It is that simple.

Keep your privacy with iCloud

iCloud Private Relay is a security feature provided by Apple, ensuring that your browsing activities are relayed safely, and without the chance of interception. If this feature is turned on, then your internet service provider won’t have a glimpse of what sites you visited.

However, you need to keep in mind this is a feature for paid iCloud users and some countries are not included if there are regulatory issues: such as Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, China, etc. However, it will be no issue to use this cool feature that restricts your Internet service provider from accessing your private data within the EU, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Summary

There are many tips and tricks that can help you get a better experience from your iPhone 13, and the Pro line. Starting from Siri, and going through iCloud, and Night Mode, there are things that can impress everyone!
