However, one thing iPhone can never beat it the alarm sound that would ring even when the phone was off. Yes, you heard it right; the old Nokia phone would ring an alarm even when the phone was off. You can go to bed without any worries if the alarm would ring or not in the morning if the phone went off. This feature might still be available for some Android devices, but iPhone or any other Apple product does not have this feature.

I suggest you to not worry and sleep peacefully at night once you have set your alarm, as it will continue to ring even if DND mode is on. However, you need to make sure that your iPhone is charged up. Because if the charging get low and your iPhone gets switched off then there are no chances of your alarm to ring. Even if due to some other reasons your iPhone turns off the alarm would not ring. So make sure to check your iPhone before setting an alarm.
