With the iOS 14 update release, Apple included the new HomeKit option to the Control Center to quickly connect with other Apple home accessories and scenes. While many users found this option helpful to connect Home Devices, some are not a fan of this feature as they found it useless since they don’t use any home devices.
Users who don’t like the Home Accessories or HomeKit on the Control Center wish to remove the option from the iPhone’s Control Center since it covers an ample space in the middle of the Control Center. Everything you add to the Home App shows the Control Center’s HomeKit section. However, if you don’t use this feature, you can clear the space or remove Home from Control Center on iOS 15 running iPhone.
How To Remove Home From Control Center On iOS 15
Note: Make sure that your iPhone is running the latest iOS 15 update on your iPhone.
- Open Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on Control Centre.
- Next, turn the toggle next to “Show Home Controls”.
- That’s it.
After disabling Show Home Controls option from the Control Centre section on your iOS 15 running iPhone, the HomeKit or Home Accessories section will be removed from the Control Centre. Now you can see the Control Centre neat and clean on your beloved iPhone.
