How To Download Install macOS Monterey 12 With Developer Account
Step 1: Go to developer.apple.com and open the Discover tab.
Step 2: Click on Download at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Now download the macOS Developer Beta Access Utility.
Step 4: Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instruction.
Step 5: Now, you will see the System Preferences and show you macOS 12.
