Although there are no new noteworthy features that were released with iOS 16.4 beta 2, it still has some additions to the iPhone. There are many new features in iOS 16.4 such as push notifications for web pages, new emojis, 5G network, updates for Apple music and podcast, etc that came to light when beta 1 was released.
