When Apple showcased the full-screen music player on the lock screen of the iPhone with the iOS 16 update, everyone was keenly waiting to get the full-screen music player on iPhone’s lock screen. Having the full-screen music player on the iPhone’s lock screen will give a completely charming look to the lock screen along with the background colour of the lock screen.
Since the feature is new and aesthetic, every iPhone user wants to know how to turn on the full-screen music player on the iPhone’s lock screen. After a month of waiting, Apple recently added this feature to the new iOS 16 beta 3. Yes, it was missing from the first two iOS 16 betas.
We know Apple revamped the lock screen feature on iOS 16, allowing users to add new lock screen wallpaper, change lock screen colour, add widgets, and create an aesthetic lock screen design. This new full lock screen music player feature also comes under the lock screen improvement.
How to enable Full-Screen Music Player on iPhone with iOS 16
Whether you are listing music on Apple Music or Spotify, this new feature supports both apps and allows users to get a larger screen music player on the lock screen of the iPhone. Once you have installed iOS 16 beta 3 and play the music, you will see the album art shown front and centre, and a smaller music player is available below it to control playback. To get this on the full screen, you need to tap on the small UI of the music player at the bottom of the lock screen. Again you can tap on the bottom of the screen to get back to the standard wallpaper while minimising the music player.
Isn’t it charming to have a full-screen music player on your beloved iPhone’s lock screen? Did you try this feature yet? Did you like the Artwork? Share your feedback in the comment box
