If you have already added COVID-19 Vaccine Card to the health app, you can also add the certificate to the Wallet app. You need to open Health App, go to Summary, and tap on Add To Wallet below the Vaccination Record.
After adding the Vaccine Card to the Apple Wallet app, you can see minor details like name, the vaccine type, dates of the doses administered, the issuer, and the QR code.
